NOTICE TO ACCEPT OFFERS ON THE FOLLOWING SURPLUS PROPERTY: PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
With the help of grants and donations the Village of Stratton has purchased new playground equipment for Pitner Park! We are very excited to have the opportunity to upgrade this area for the children of our community to enjoy. The new playset will be installed at the location of the current playset at Pitner Park.
The old playset has been declared surplus and is sold as is without any warranty of any kind. Offers will be accepted at the Village Clerk’s Office 411 Bailey, Stratton, Nebraska until March 17, 2025, at 5:00pm. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process. The purchaser will be responsible for organizing the demo and/or removal of the playset by April 1, 2025. Please contact the Village Office at 308-276-2184 with any questions.
